Responsibilities

The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for maintaining Go-To-Market data integrity, supporting sales and marketing teams, and providing insights to leadership. Key duties include building and maintaining dashboards for actionable insights, partnering with Sales Leadership on pipeline reporting and quota attainment, supporting forecasting and productivity analysis, and utilizing tools like Gong to identify rep effectiveness. The role also involves owning Salesforce and Go-To-Market data integrity, fixing data/process bottlenecks, partnering with Marketing Ops on lead handoff, administering commissions and incentive plans, modeling and calculating payouts with Finance and Sales Leadership, identifying improvements to compensation structures, and supporting deal structuring and pricing approvals with Legal and Finance.
