Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations within a SaaS or technology company, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth. They should be comfortable administering and optimizing HubSpot, designing custom objects and workflows, and building SQL models to power reporting and attribution. Strong SQL skills are essential, along with experience in building and maintaining dashboards for various stakeholders, including individual contributors, managers, executives, and the board. Furthermore, experience in administering commission plans, automating attainment calculations, and partnering with Finance on payouts is required.

Responsibilities

As the Revenue Operations Lead, you will architect and run the entire RevOps engine, encompassing marketing ops, enterprise and SDR sales ops, and partnership ops processes from lead capture to closed-won deals. You will own HubSpot and the revenue data layer, administering the platform and building custom objects and workflows. Additionally, you will operate the deal desk, defining pricing and discount policies, and building approval automations. You will deliver decision-grade reporting, building and maintaining dashboards for various audiences, and driving the monthly/quarterly forecasting cadence. You will also manage commissions and incentives, maintaining compensation plans and automating attainment calculations. Finally, you will scale high-velocity workflows, optimizing SDR cadences and lead routing to accelerate SQL generation and pipeline throughput, and drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and leading cross-functional projects.
