Responsibilities

The Strategy and Operations Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives and long-term programs, collaborating with functional leaders and the executive team on processes like annual and quarterly planning, pricing committees, and board meeting content. They will design and implement company-wide processes to track priorities, goals, and results, ensuring high-quality deliverables. This role involves tackling complex, ambiguous problems by synthesizing stakeholder opinions, forming recommendations, and developing end-to-end solutions. Additionally, they will drive special ad hoc projects from inception to completion and manage and improve business cadence for key company-wide and cross-functional reviews.
