Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 3 years of related experience. Proficiency in Adobe Target and Analytics, along with a proven record of running and analyzing successful A/B tests for digital organizations, is required. Experience utilizing statistical methods for data analysis, including hypothesis testing, is essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with diverse audiences, possess a quantitative problem-solving approach, and have experience with websites, eCommerce, or mobile interfaces. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to manage multiple projects are also necessary. Knowledge of Adobe Launch and Workfront is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Testing & Optimization Program Manager will lead the Testing & Optimization program across global websites, focusing on multivariate and A/B testing, conversion rate, and performance optimization. Responsibilities include managing the testing lifecycle from intake to deployment and analysis, leading test requests, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and statistically analyzing results to provide actionable recommendations. The role involves coordinating documentation and communication of results to business units, serving as the primary contact for Adobe Target requests, and advocating for data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the manager will define new testing opportunities, guide the testing roadmap, and act as a subject matter expert for global sites.
