Requirements

The Director of Revenue Operations requires 8-14 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Strategy, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth B2B environments, with experience supporting multi-channel sales and post-sales motions. Strong analytical skills, including operational modeling and forecasting experience, are essential, along with proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.

Responsibilities

This role involves partnering with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing leaders to track and optimize the end-to-end revenue funnel, defining operational priorities across new business, customer acquisition, growth, and retention, building and optimizing core RevOps processes and metrics, designing and improving reporting frameworks, owning quota setting and compensation planning, and collaborating with Finance to strengthen revenue forecasting accuracy. The Director will also identify and prioritize investments in tooling and automation, including AI-enabled solutions, and translate technical insights into clear narratives for stakeholders.
