Requirements

Responsibilities

This role involves developing and maintaining Salesforce configurations, workflows, and security controls, managing integrated tools for data accuracy, and maintaining CPQ pricing. Responsibilities also include streamlining workflows from lead generation to renewals, optimizing the revenue cycle, providing training and technical support on various sales tools, reviewing the tech stack for efficiency, and developing process documentation. The administrator must also comply with privacy, security, and confidentiality policies.
