The HubSpot Specialist will be responsible for implementing and configuring HubSpot for new clients, optimizing its usage across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to drive business outcomes, and conducting training sessions to educate clients on best practices. Key duties include building and optimizing marketing workflows, lead scoring, landing pages, and email campaigns; configuring sales pipelines, deal stages, automation, and playbooks; implementing ticketing systems and customer service automation; managing HubSpot integrations with third-party tools; analyzing client data to create dashboards and deliver insights; and providing ongoing support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
