Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Program/Project Management, Business Operations, or a related role within technology or enterprise SaaS organizations. A strong understanding of GTM processes and the lead-to-cash lifecycle is required, along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Solid analytical skills with experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data interpretation are essential, as are strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Experience with CRM and related GTM systems like Salesforce is necessary, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Familiarity with Hyperscaler cloud ecosystems and related GTM motions is a bonus. Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes is also required.
The Hyperscaler GTM Operations Manager will support the execution of GTM programs focused on Hyperscaler pipeline generation, partner enablement, and sales execution. This role involves preparing and maintaining reporting, dashboards, and analysis to provide visibility into program health, progress, and outcomes. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional activities, managing timelines, tracking deliverables and dependencies, and assisting in the development of program materials, documentation, and stakeholder communications. The manager will maintain program trackers, action logs, and status updates, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Enablement teams to ensure smooth project execution and operational processes. Additionally, they will identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve reporting accuracy, enhance program efficiency, and support governance processes by collecting and distributing program data.
