Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree, with an MBA being preferred, and have 5-8 years of retail account management experience. A strong understanding of the Internet of Things space, connected products, cameras, and locks is required, along with the ability to travel up to 30% domestically and a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include experience with large volume accounts, knowledge of industry competitors, and fluency in Spanish or French-Canadian, as well as business financial analysis capabilities.
The Retail Accounts Lead will develop strategies for merchandising, assortment, and promotional planning, while managing the expansion of IoT products, cameras, locks, and video camera integrated garage door openers. They will analyze Point of Sale data for forecasting, P&L management, and customer recommendations, and manage customer e-commerce sales, including item setup, marketing programs, and digital metric reporting. This role involves analyzing account opportunities and performance, identifying and addressing customer needs, generating new business, managing sales activities and presentations, developing strategic relationships, creating solution-based sales strategies, forecasting demand, conducting competitive research, and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines.
