Responsibilities

  • Leverages deep domain and process expertise to develop the strategic product roadmap for various AI developments
  • Partners with the segment product teams and the AI technical development team to influence key design and planning decisions
  • Drives the development of products that meet customer needs and provide competitive differentiation
  • Coordinates work of several parallel teams to deliver on higher level outcomes
  • Responsible for transparent delivery and maximizing returns
  • Focuses on execution for the duration of a product release
  • Serves as a people leader and mentor for a team of experienced product managers and clinical development specialists
  • Influences policy and ensures delivery within area of responsibility, linking with other parts of the organization
  • Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
  • Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process
  • Leads others to find creative solutions within complex processes with technical variety and/or interdependent development
  • Exemplify product management best practices and coaches the team to embody them
  • Engages with cross-functional stakeholders to problem solve as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
