Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited university
  • At least 7 years of industry experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (position based in the United States only; sponsorship may be considered if skills shortage exists)
  • Willingness to travel as required (up to 25% on occasion)

Responsibilities

  • Leverage deep domain and process expertise to develop the strategic product roadmap for various AI developments
  • Partner with segment product teams and AI technical development team to influence key design and planning decisions and drive products that meet customer needs and provide competitive differentiation
  • Coordinate work of several parallel teams to deliver on higher level outcomes, ensuring transparent delivery and maximizing returns, with focus on execution for the duration of a product release
  • Serve as a people leader and mentor for a team of experienced product managers and clinical development specialists, with ability to attract and retain talent, influence policy, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility, linking with other parts of the organization
  • Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services, utilizing understanding of industry trends to inform decision making
  • Lead others to find creative solutions within complex processes with technical variety and/or interdependent development, employing sophisticated operational/product management techniques and interacting with adjacent functions to solve issues
  • Evaluate quality of information received, question conflicting data for analysis, and use multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision
  • Exemplify product management best practices, coach the team to embody them, and engage with cross-functional stakeholders to problem solve as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
