Requirements

Candidates must be organized self-starters and self-motivators with strong B2B communication experience and time management skills. A High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel approximately 50% are required. Candidates must be located within the BJ's Wholesale Club geographical footprint and possess strong closing and relationship-building skills. Prior prospecting sales experience in a customer-service-oriented business is preferred.

Responsibilities

Membership Sales Representatives are responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with corporations, non-profits, and community organizations to offer discounted BJ's memberships. They must meet and exceed goals for new membership enrollments by building strong partnerships and adhering to BJ's code of conduct and sales policies. This role involves managing an inherited portfolio of partners and requires effective business-to-business communication and account management.
