Experience interacting with and owning relationships with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment is required. Proficiency in Salesforce is preferred. The role requires the ability to travel within the region up to 25%.
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned channel partners, protecting and growing the designated region, and executing the field engagement model. This includes managing a book of business, identifying and enabling emerging channel partners, supporting partner growth through various activities, and building strategic relationships with stakeholders. The representative will promote Arrow's offerings, work with inside sales and operations, maintain product knowledge and certifications, articulate supplier line cards, negotiate partner agreements, identify key SLED contracts, and produce accurate weekly sales forecasts.
