Candidates should possess a College or University degree, excellent oral and written communication skills, in-depth functional/industry knowledge, and the ability to be highly flexible and adaptable to change. Technical skills and systems knowledge, such as Peoplesoft, are also required.
The New Business Specialist will support or take ownership of prospective client opportunities from internal and external referrals, profiling prospects and determining appropriate placement on servicing teams. They will follow up with clients, arrange meetings, present bank product materials, respond to questions, develop fee proposals, conduct prospect analysis, initiate and follow through on service requests, assist existing Relationship Managers with client opportunity expansion, and provide comprehensive consulting and leadership to the team and partners. Additionally, the Specialist will utilize tools to source new opportunities, research the competitive market landscape, assist in partner and advisor development, and participate in other key initiatives, including internal reporting and presentations.
