The Client Engagement Specialist will review and resolve prescription-level issues, manage the support ticket queue for timely resolution, and serve as the primary contact for manufacturer partners. This role involves leading client operational meetings, identifying and escalating high-risk scripts, and collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot problems. The specialist will also partner with leadership to evaluate and improve processes, support onboarding and training, and accurately document customer interactions in CRM and ticketing systems.
