Experience with LinkedIn for networking and outbound calls, strong negotiation skills, and experience in agency or high-volume recruiting are also necessary.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and strategies, identify and source passive talent through various channels, and prepare and post job descriptions. Responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment process from pre-screening to offers, updating the ATS, coordinating background checks, and processing hiring documentation. The role also involves maintaining recruitment policies, building relationships with candidates and employees, implementing brand confidence and retention practices, and contributing to recruitment program development.
