Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1-3 years of recruiting experience. Required skills include strong technical acumen, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with full life cycle and high-volume recruiting. Experience with LinkedIn for networking and outbound calls, strong negotiation skills, and experience in agency or high-volume recruiting are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and strategies, identify and source passive talent through various channels, and prepare and post job descriptions. Responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment process from pre-screening to offers, updating the ATS, coordinating background checks, and processing hiring documentation. The role also involves maintaining recruitment policies, building relationships with candidates and employees, implementing brand confidence and retention practices, and contributing to recruitment program development.
