Candidates must have at least 1 year of high-volume call center experience and be comfortable in an environment with a strong emphasis on quota attainment and conversion metrics. They should possess the ability to learn and adapt quickly, demonstrate organization, attention to detail, and excellent time-management skills, and be available to work some holidays or weekends during peak seasons. The role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, as well as the ability to communicate via phone calls and video conferences.
Engage directly with consumers through a high volume of outbound phone calls, consistently meet performance metrics, and serve as a guide for users connecting with financial advisors. Proactively contact interested users to schedule consultations, deliver a high-quality experience using best practices and scripted messaging, and accurately log all user interactions in the CRM system. Identify and escalate recurring user pain points, share insights for ongoing improvements, and support additional projects as needed.
