Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in cloud product and/or enterprise software sales, along with 5+ years of account management experience with large enterprise customers. They should demonstrate ownership of the sales process from sales to implementation, including developing new business and managing license agreements. A strong understanding of client business challenges and DX strategies is also required, enabling value selling aligned with those challenges.

Responsibilities

The Named Account Executive will be responsible for new business development sales to major corporate clients represented by Forbes Global 2000, proactively approaching executives such as CIOs and CDOs to strengthen client relationships and expand business. They will also propose the expansion of WalkMe's application areas (up-sell/cross-sell), manage the renewal of existing contracts, formulate territory plans and account plans, implement PDCA cycles, drive and manage the WalkMe adoption, onboarding, and operations process, collaborate with various teams to generate new pipeline, and manage quarterly pipeline and forecast on a weekly basis within the assigned territory.
