Requirements

Responsibilities

The Relationship Manager will manage and grow an existing book of business by deepening client relationships and increasing revenue streams. This involves understanding client business models, identifying pain points, and offering solutions through Dwolla's platform to meet retention and revenue growth targets, including cross-sell, upsell, and expansion. Responsibilities include conducting strategic business reviews, mapping future-state opportunities, communicating new product capabilities, leveraging technology for efficiency, channeling client feedback to Product and Engineering teams, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure client success.
