12twenty is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their fast-growing organization. The Enterprise BDR will be a key player in connecting hiring organizations with elite early career professionals through the 12twenty platform. This role focuses on generating opportunities and partnering with Account Executives to drive sales, impacting the company's bottom line. Success involves meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals, staying ahead of daily metrics, and handling rejection with resilience, all within a supportive, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly quota goals tied to appointments booked.
  • Prospect and contact potential partners via phone, email, and social media.
  • Quickly qualify leads.
  • Set up meetings between prospective clients and Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Learn and effectively position 12Twenty's Enterprise product offering to potential prospects.
  • Utilize data-driven solutions to track results and continuously improve prospecting approaches.

Requirements

  • Ambitious and self-motivated with comfort in a quota-carrying environment.
  • Willingness to conduct a high volume of outbound calling and emailing daily with a positive and energetic attitude.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospective clients.
  • Comfortable with prospecting and working with potential clients.
  • Patient listener, capable of probing and clarifying to gather necessary details.
  • Proactive and persistent in overcoming obstacles to achieve success.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to discover new approaches and use data to build scalable campaigns.
  • SaaS knowledge or sales experience is a major plus.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
