Requirements

Candidates should possess experience selling SaaS products to Enterprise accounts, demonstrating a consultative sales approach and a proven knack for driving sales growth, and the ability to captivate a tech-savvy audience. They should also have the ability to manage a pipeline of new business expansion opportunities within existing accounts, focusing on strategic Global 2000 accounts and approximately 6 accounts, and have the ability to go wide within accounts to align our operations cloud story to different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Account Executive will focus on highlighting the unique PagerDuty value and benefit our products and services can provide to a customer, developing strategic plans that anticipate and address customer needs and preferences, identifying long-term strategies to grow accounts, establishing and maintaining genuine connections with customers, negotiating positive business outcomes with existing customers, managing and closing complex, multi-product sales cycles for Fortune 500 accounts, conducting consistent and effective conversations with senior-level executives, and encouraging positive conversations between existing customers and sales teams to contribute to PagerDuty's long-term strategic initiatives.
