Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with 5-8 years of experience in enterprise services or client-facing roles. Direct experience with Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft, or a cloud enablement partner is required, along with proven ability to leverage C-level relationships and manage complex commercial and legal discussions. Experience working with and managing vendor relationships in complex implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors, is also necessary. The ability to work with sales engineers and customer technical leads to inventory software estates, define migration plans, and build business cases is essential. The role requires the ability to commute into San Francisco for meetings 2-3 times per week.
The Enterprise Account Executive will focus on growing the professional services and managed services resell business by building relationships with CEOs, CTOs, and other company executives. Responsibilities include aligning Zencore offerings with customer business and technology initiatives, partnering with Google Cloud sales teams to drive revenue into strategic accounts, and building and growing executive relationships with enterprise customers. The role involves influencing long-term strategic direction, presenting to C-level executives, leading account strategy, and collaborating with Google sales and customer engineering teams to identify new opportunities. Additionally, the Account Executive will understand customer technology footprints, strategic growth plans, business drivers, and technology strategies, while driving business development, forecasting accurately, and achieving strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business process.
