Requirements

A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, and experience in healthcare is a plus. Candidates must reside in Austin, Chicago, California, or the District of Columbia. Familiarity with digital sales techniques, effective communication skills, organization, and persuasion are essential.

Responsibilities

The Digital Sales Representative will drive sales growth through proactive outreach and relationship building, maximizing revenue in target accounts by using the SailPoint sales model. This role involves collaborating with field sales counterparts to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing ones. Responsibilities include completing onboarding coursework, learning the SailPoint pitch, meeting key stakeholders, shadowing discovery calls, prospecting using tools like LinkedIn, 6Sense, Outreach, and ZoomInfo, uncovering corporate insights, sequencing prospects, actioning leads within SLAs, converting leads to opportunities in Salesforce, and ultimately closing deals independently.
