The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong preference for those with experience in ecommerce or logistics. Proven experience in building and leading Account Executive teams through growth stages is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of developing strategies, ensuring quality execution, and experience in a startup environment during periods of rapid growth. Training in recognized sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, or Winning by Design is required, along with a history of improving and operationalizing sales best practices and leveraging AI in sales processes.
The Director, Enterprise Sales will foster a supportive sales environment, build market expertise, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on account-based strategies. Key responsibilities include accurate forecasting, monitoring team performance with data-driven insights, and providing coaching to Account Executives. This role involves equipping the team with product knowledge and sales methodology training, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with company priorities. Additionally, the Director will support strategic planning through budgeting and performance analysis, recruit and develop talent, and make decisions aligned with company values. They will also celebrate team successes and facilitate continuous improvement.
