Responsibilities

The Medical Sales Representative will increase awareness among Health Care Professionals about the importance of nutrition and the benefits of Abbott products. They will gain new business and grow existing business through a multichannel, KPIs compliant, and customer engagement strategy. Responsibilities include maintaining deep knowledge of medical and nutritional science, establishing target customers, developing customer plans, implementing customer segmentation, identifying new leads, and reporting daily activities. The representative will also understand market and category opportunities, develop and execute multichannel customer engagement plans, build strong relationships with HCPs, define and deliver the 'Unique Value Proposition', use data and insights to refine HCP profiles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ensuring compliance with performance indicators and company-assigned targets is also a key responsibility.
