Requirements

The Healthcare Account Executive must be a skilled communicator, proficient in analyzing prospect needs and presenting the value of SailPoint solutions against competitors like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt. The role requires the ability to provide a superior customer experience, lead virtual teams comprising partner resources, presales, deal desk, professional services, BVA team, and customer success, and act as a team quarterback. Candidates must be able to create territory or opportunity plans and collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales strategies.

Responsibilities

The Healthcare Account Executive is responsible for exceeding revenue quota goals, addressing customer and partner inquiries with accurate information and tailored solutions, and developing business plans for their assigned territory. They will strategically engage with customers and partners, collaborate with marketing on plan execution, pursue all leads, and ensure internal systems are updated. The role involves leading technical resources to demonstrate product advantages, following up with customers post-sale, and owning all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing. Additionally, the executive must foster a deep understanding of their territory, communicate competitive and complementary product/technological strategies, and effectively manage discussions across all levels of a customer's organization.
