Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are required, and exposure to global markets is preferred.
The Marketing Lead will develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals, own brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans, and manage the marketing budget for maximum ROI. Responsibilities include strengthening brand presence, overseeing content strategy, public relations, and internal communications, and ensuring brand consistency. The role involves leading SEO/SEM, paid media, email, social media, and influencer campaigns, driving lead generation and nurturing, implementing marketing automation and CRM strategies, and building, leading, and mentoring a marketing team. The Marketing Lead will also monitor and analyze marketing KPIs and campaign performance, and present reports and insights to senior leadership.
