Requirements

Candidates should have a 4-year undergraduate degree, preferably in a quantitative field, and over 4 years of experience in growth or performance marketing with a proven track record in channel experimentation and scaling customer acquisition. Experience managing performance marketing budgets exceeding $1 million, a deep analytical mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to leverage AI for testing and optimization are required. Familiarity with analytics platforms like Data Studio, Google Analytics, Salesforce, or Tableau is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Growth Marketing Manager will lead experimental marketing initiatives, develop and manage a channel testing budget, and create a digital and offline channel experimentation roadmap. This role involves analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify and prioritize experiments, leveraging AI for creative testing and campaign optimization, and partnering with Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing teams. Responsibilities also include communicating experimental results and insights to stakeholders and recommending strategies for scaling successful initiatives.
