The Communications & Marketing Lead will build and execute the annual communications and marketing plan, setting and meeting KPIs. This role involves managing social media presence by crafting engaging content, developing high-quality content such as blog posts and case studies, and overseeing multi-platform campaigns for brand awareness and partner acquisition. The Lead will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute strategies, track and analyze marketing performance, and manage agency and freelance relationships.
