The Team Lead, Local Marketing Support will manage, mentor, and scale a team of Customer Success Managers and Global Support team members focused on onboarding, adoption, and strategic support for franchisees and local users, ensuring a high-performance, customer-centric culture and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Support teams to deliver a seamless experience. They will also execute scalable success and support strategies to drive engagement and retention, monitor key success and support metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay account insights and identify potential areas for expansion, while maintaining strong relationships with franchise leaders.
