The Manager, Business Development will recruit, interview, and hire Outbound Business Development Representatives (BDRs) at scale. They will mentor and guide BDRs through career progression, foster a strong coaching culture by supporting BDRs through call coaching, sequence review and development, email and social selling strategies, and objection handling. The role involves partnering with leaders to build career pathways and support readiness programs, partnering with Sales Enablement on the delivery of new enablement programs, operational processes, and iteration of existing programs, and assisting in the execution and delivery of core operational tasks including account & territory assignments, process design and documentation, and change management. Additionally, the manager will work closely with BDRs to ensure quality efforts and proper follow-up, and collaborate with Marketing to identify and improve key performance indicators for outbound pipeline creation, revenue generation, and campaigns.
