Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms like Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is required, along with excellent communication and data-driven coaching skills. Previous experience mentoring or managing SDRs is highly preferred, and a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
The SDR Team Lead will manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 5-6 Commercial SDRs focused on outbound pipeline generation. Responsibilities include monitoring SDR KPIs, implementing performance improvement plans, refining outreach strategies for cold calling, email, and social prospecting, and partnering with sales and marketing on ICPs and messaging. The role also involves leading onboarding and enablement for new SDRs, tracking and analyzing team performance using Salesforce and sales engagement tools, and occasionally prospecting directly as a player-coach.
