The position is based in Austin, Texas, requiring in-office work Monday through Thursday with flexibility on Friday. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
Candidates need 1-2 years of experience as an SDR in outbound sales, SaaS SMB or mid-market environments, with strong qualification and discovery skills. Additional requirements include handling high-volume outbound activity, exceptional written and verbal communication, and being highly coachable, competitive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
