Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience selling B2B software products, including closing experience, and familiarity with common GTM tools, such as Hubspot. Prior experience selling to HR, legal, finance, and accounting teams, as well as working with high-growth startups, is a plus. Familiarity with compliance software is also desirable.

Responsibilities

The Inbound Sales Specialist will convert inbound leads, manage and re-engage existing pipeline opportunities, iterate on sales processes based on prospect feedback, track sales performance, contribute to marketing initiatives and referral partnerships, collect market feedback for the product team, and serve as a conduit for feedback to leadership. They will also lead full sales cycles through to successful closure and elevate to a sales leadership role if successful.
