Requirements

Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS account executive role, with specific experience in multifamily SaaS sales and a proven track record of closing deals. Experience selling competitive or market intelligence products is a plus. Proficiency with technology such as Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, and Zoominfo is required, along with strong organizational, time management, networking, and interpersonal skills. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will own the entire sales cycle, from account strategy to prospecting and closing, and conduct a high volume of outreach via email, calls, and presentations to secure new business. They will communicate proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations, establish relationships with customers, and serve as a multifamily market expert. Responsibilities also include collaborating with sales development and customer success teams, nurturing customer accounts through onboarding and conversion, representing the brand at industry events, managing a sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce CRM, and meeting performance metrics. Travel up to 25% is required for industry events and customer meetings.
