The ability to write conversion-focused copy and a creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity are also key qualifications.
The Conversion & Growth Lead will drive performance improvement by owning the full lifecycle of conversion optimization, from identifying opportunities to executing tests and scaling successful initiatives. This includes developing and evolving the A/B testing roadmap, writing conversion-focused copy, identifying and scaling high-impact revenue drivers, and executing site functionality improvements to support KPI growth. The role also involves improving the performance of syndicated content, optimizing affiliate product pitches, and communicating key findings to stakeholders.
