Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how digital content businesses operate, what motivates users, and which tactical changes drive performance and monetization. Proficiency in analyzing data from sources like Google Analytics and Google Search Console is essential. Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and AI literacy for accelerating analysis and improving creative output is required. The ability to write conversion-focused copy and a creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity are also key qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Conversion & Growth Lead will drive performance improvement by owning the full lifecycle of conversion optimization, from identifying opportunities to executing tests and scaling successful initiatives. This includes developing and evolving the A/B testing roadmap, writing conversion-focused copy, identifying and scaling high-impact revenue drivers, and executing site functionality improvements to support KPI growth. The role also involves improving the performance of syndicated content, optimizing affiliate product pitches, and communicating key findings to stakeholders.
