Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 1-2 years of SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales experience in a tech company. Demonstrated proficiency in prospecting and hunting for new clients, a competitive drive, optimism, confidence, and resourcefulness are essential. Prior experience in setting appointments or selling subscription marketing/advertising services over the phone, as well as experience in a short sales cycle, is preferred.
The Account Executive will make 50-60 calls daily to secure new business by selling OfferUp programs to licensed businesses. They will provide excellent customer service, research and prospect new customers in targeted territories, and discover effective sales strategies for various business categories. The role involves leveraging the tech stack for reporting and outreach, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Business Operations teams, and leading, tracking, and reporting on all prospecting activity and results in Salesforce.
