Responsibilities

  • Lead Aker’s growth by supporting, managing, and leading the origination and closing of sales opportunities.
  • Identify, cultivate, lead, manage, and close sales opportunities across Aker’s capabilities.
  • Create compelling proposals in collaboration with pre-sales, bid management, and technical delivery teams.
  • Develop business cases for technology-enabled business change.
  • Assess suitability of potential partners for strategic alliances.
  • Secure contracts through tenders, including Requests for Information, pre-qualifications, Invitations to Tender, and building winning proposals.
  • Provide solutions to complex business problems, leveraging data-led solutions and understanding organizational objectives.
  • Set strategic direction with internal stakeholders to achieve growth targets.
  • Manage stakeholders throughout the sales process, including transitioning to delivery after contract signature.
  • Create compelling technical solutions.
