Candidates should have 3-5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, client management, professional services, or sales engineering, ideally including enterprise implementations. A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a STEM field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with experience in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment and within a product-driven company. A proven track record of managing end-to-end software implementation processes involving multiple stakeholders and delivering results on time with high quality is essential. Candidates must also possess the ability to effectively support and engage with a diverse group of people.
The Implementation Manager will gain deep knowledge and understanding of the Highspot product and its integration with customer systems. They will become a trusted customer advisor, engaging with a wide range of individuals from senior executives to junior staff. The role involves designing solutions in collaboration with customers, developing project plans, and executing them to deliver and launch solutions on time that meet customer needs. Additionally, the Implementation Manager will train users to maximize the product's benefits, work closely with the account team to support sales processes and revenue growth, and collaborate with the engineering team to evolve the product to better meet customer needs.
