The Enterprise Implementation Manager will lead end-to-end implementation projects, developing project plans, coordinating kickoff, installation, validation, training, and go-live activities. They will educate customers on Arcadia's technical processes, product architecture, and best practices for healthcare data integration. Responsibilities include establishing engagement goals, managing tasks, reporting status, escalating and resolving risks and issues, and coordinating customer, internal, and third-party activities. The role also involves communicating program/project status to senior management and contributing to implementation process improvement initiatives.
