Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong preference for experience in the insurance industry. Demonstrated knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and processes is essential, as is the ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
The Senior MSI Project Manager will proactively spearhead the comprehensive lifecycle of new Commercial Lines Product implementations, driving strategic projects towards successful outcomes. They will actively take charge of assigned strategic projects, ensuring they deliver the intended results in a timely and efficient manner, while participating in defining project scope and objectives and documenting project milestones. Furthermore, the Project Manager will utilize industry product knowledge to collaborate with stakeholders, innovating efficient ways to manage project deliverables, and actively participate in business segment meetings to assist the team in gathering information and ensuring project success.
