The Implementation Manager will lead end-to-end implementation projects for new payment solution clients, managing timelines, deliverables, and system integrations. They will coordinate payment gateway, processor, and ERP/CRM integrations, oversee merchant account setup, and configure payment features. Responsibilities also include acting as the main point of contact for clients, conducting workshops, providing training, identifying and escalating risks, troubleshooting issues, and documenting lessons learned to improve onboarding processes.
