Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of operational experience or experience managing complex implementations or multi-party projects. Strong communication skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders to solve complex problems are essential. Familiarity with technical project management processes and tools, such as Salesforce, is required. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work strategically in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities are necessary. A proven track record of accountability and a solid level of business acumen to creatively solve operational problems are also important.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for all facets of product installation after the sale is complete. They will coordinate cross-functionally with the Planning, Supply, Permitting, and Field Operations teams to ensure successful installation and activation of the customer's suite of products. The consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the installation process, providing exceptional customer service and support.
