About the Role

Second Front Systems (2F) is seeking an ambitious and visionary Technical Implementation Manager to join our mission-driven team. We are a dynamic, fast-growing entrepreneurial company at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and national security, committed to delivering transformative solutions that empower our nation’s defenders. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a company that is redefining the way software is delivered and secured in the defense sector.

At 2F, we thrive on innovation and purpose, combining a startup’s agility with a clear mission to support national security. You will be at the forefront of driving the Technical Implementation strategy behind the deployment and scaling of our revolutionary Game Warden platform—an industry-leading tool that is accelerating the secure adoption of mission-critical SaaS solutions for the U.S. government. If you’re ready to contribute to a team that values ingenuity, collaboration, and impact, we want to hear from you.

Note: This position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the post-sale transition from Sales to Technical Onboarding—facilitating engagement with Engineering while ensuring knowledge transfer and strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to design, implement, and improve onboarding processes.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into system/process designs and ensure alignment with technical architecture.
  • Maintain accurate documentation throughout the onboarding journey, including status tracking, project updates, and internal knowledge sharing.

Skills You’ll Bring to Our Team

  • Proven experience in technical onboarding and communicating with highly technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Analytical problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in process optimization and tools like Salesforce, Confluence, Git, and help desk platforms.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
  • Adaptable and organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing onboarding, implementation, or solutions role within a SaaS or cybersecurity-focused organization.
  • Familiarity with federal or defense sector customers, including understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, IL5, CMMC).
  • Working knowledge of API integrations, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), or DevSecOps workflows.
  • Experience documenting technical processes in knowledge bases (e.g., Confluence, Notion) for both internal and customer-facing use.
  • Certification in customer success, project management (e.g., CSM, PMP), or cybersecurity (e.g., Security+, CISSP) is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Have a strong interest in matters of national security.

Perks & Benefits

This role is full-time. As a public benefit corporation, we’re a team of purpose-driven trailblazers transforming the future of U.S. national security. We hire the best to do their best and, as such, we are committed to providing the perks and benefits you need to be successful—both in- and outside the workplace.

We offer you:
