Requirements

Candidates should possess 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Onboarding or a customer-facing function, demonstrate project management skills, and have a track record of proactively resolving escalated client service issues while sharing insights with the organization. Experience establishing and growing relationships with all levels within enterprise organizations from Director to C-Suite is preferred, along with a Bachelor’s degree which is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Customer Onboarding Manager will provide detailed account walkthroughs and assist new customers with implementation, clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations, educate customers on Tekmetric capabilities, and record customer implementation needs, requests, and questions in Hubspot. They will also ensure customers receive superior service, collaborate with various teams, leverage feedback for continuous improvement, develop a deep understanding of customers' business objectives, run and manage customer data migrations, and establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
