Responsibilities

The Presales Solution Consultant will act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer long-term goals, collaborating closely with customers to define requirements and scope projects, conducting product demonstrations, articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences including C-level executives, creating business solution strategies and roadmaps, completing pre-sales documentation, developing service scopes and SOWs, playing a key role in project execution, partnering with the product team for continuous improvement, researching new solutions, and engaging in marketing campaigns and industry events.
