The Manager, Professional Services will lead a team of Implementation Consultants, overseeing client onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction to maximize retention and drive account growth. This role involves mentoring team members, optimizing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, setting team goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a high-performing team environment. Responsibilities also include developing and executing customer success strategies, managing the client onboarding process, providing ongoing client support, monitoring customer health, identifying growth opportunities, establishing and maintaining customer success processes, developing KPIs, analyzing customer data, and acting as a customer advocate within the organization.
