Responsibilities

Responsibilities also include developing and executing customer success strategies, managing the client onboarding process, providing ongoing client support, monitoring customer health, identifying growth opportunities, establishing and maintaining customer success processes, developing KPIs, analyzing customer data, and acting as a customer advocate within the organization.
