Experience in developing onboarding toolkits, delivery templates, and process improvements is also essential. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable with technical projects, and excels at coaching teams toward operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
The Manager, Implementation Consulting will lead complex enterprise implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring on-time delivery and successful handoff to support and Customer Success. They will coach and lead a high-performing team of Implementation Consultants, ensuring consistency in scoping, project execution, and customer communication. This role involves serving as a technical escalation point for complex implementations, partnering with clients to resolve blockers across APIs, SDKs, and payments workflows. Responsibilities include translating customer use cases into structured implementation plans, developing and iterating implementation playbooks, templates, and onboarding toolkits to drive scalable, repeatable engagements. The manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to provide field feedback, inform delivery timelines, and escalate critical implementation risks. Additionally, they will partner with Sales and Solutions Consulting to ensure a clean post-sale handoff and alignment on scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations, while tracking and reporting on implementation KPIs such as time-to-launch, delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and implementation velocity.
