Requirements

The candidate must have over 6 years of experience in a healthcare client-facing role with progressive experience and over 6 years of leading complex projects. Strong preference is given to candidates with experience in Risk Adjustment and Quality of Care, along with robust project performance analysis and strategic PowerPoint deck building skills. Outstanding customer service, strong data organization, analysis, and presentation skills are essential. The role requires a strong ability to learn quickly, apply knowledge, and be consultative, alongside strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office), grammar, and multitasking abilities. A keen attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Client Engagement Manager II will serve as a Trusted Advisor, leading client relationships, engagement, and implementation delivery for an assigned portfolio. Responsibilities include identifying and closing partnership expansion opportunities, documenting client requirements, and developing detailed onboarding/implementation plans with risk mitigation strategies. The role involves building strategic presentations, leading cross-functional teams through influence, and leading joint client-Vatica Health leadership committees. Key duties include ensuring high client satisfaction, retention, and growth, forecasting and tracking account metrics, enhancing performance tracking, delivering client training, and optimizing program performance by leveraging knowledge of client and Vatica operations. The CEMII will also support operational and financial plans, serve as the Voice of the Client by gathering feedback to improve services, and assist in the onboarding and development of Vatica staff. They will also design and develop best practices in client engagement and implementation.
