The Field Operations Manager will drive operational excellence by managing the operating cadence across supported regions and improving existing processes through effective communication with the business operations ecosystem and sales segments. They will partner with cross-functional teams, acting as a subject matter expert for escalations related to forecasting, quotas, account ownership, and compensation, and collaborate with the sales enablement team to ensure participation and adoption. Key responsibilities include partnering with sales management to drive territory planning, quota setting, business plan recommendations, and execution, as well as managing the territory and quota process for headcount changes. The role also involves managing the forecast and reporting process for supported regions, contributing to forecast calls, building reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs, monitoring pipeline quality, and preparing for quarterly business reviews.
