We are seeking a Director of Insights & Analytics to lead data-driven strategies, measurement, evaluation, and optimization. This role will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of analytics that support business objectives. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, enhance data-driven decision-making, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has a deep analytical background, leadership experience, and a passion for turning data into strategic value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to drive business performance and efficiency.
  • Lead a high-performing team of data analysts to generate reporting and insights that inform key business decisions.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Design and manage reporting frameworks, dashboards, and visualization tools to ensure accessibility of key business metrics.
  • Drive the adoption of data-driven methodologies across the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-driven insights.
  • Establish governance and best practices for data quality, consistency, and integrity.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings to executive leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging analytics technologies to continuously enhance capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with a proven track record of driving business impact.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, managing and mentoring high-performing analytics teams.
  • Expertise in data analytics platforms, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical modeling.
  • Experience working in SaaS or technology-driven environments preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
